The following terms & conditions have not only been put in place for your protection but for ours aswell.

You should read, understand & accept the following terms & conditions prior to using any of our services. This is very Important!

1). Under no circumstances whatsoever will Westend Plumbing be held responsible for any damaged products that have not been supplied by us.

2). Prior to any work being carried out we require that you remove any personal belongings form said room(s) that could become damaged (i.e. Toiletries, perfume bottles etc).

3). whilst working in your home you must be aware that any children or Pets are kept under your supervision at all times, some of the tools we use could cause serious injury.

4).We always try our upmost to ensure items are delivered on time, but please be aware this is outwith our control. This responsibility is with our suppliers. (We can only tell you what We've been told ourselves!)

5.) Any Products Supplied by Westend Plumbing must be paid for in full prior to installation being carried out. Labour cost will become payable only on completion.

6.) Whilst working in your home Westend plumbing will conduct themself's in a professional manner, if you feel at any time these standards are not being met please contact our helpdesk Immediately.

7.) Westend Plumbing will require full payment for any goods you require us to supply prior to delivery or installation of said goods. Cash deposits for goods will be cleared immediately (check payments will be subject to funds clearing with your bank).
